Challenge

Paychex helps businesses, both big and small, succeed by streamlining employee management processes. To keep up with their own digital evolution, Paychex’s Learning and Development team also needed to streamline and transform their own processes to better support employees.

The L&D team is responsible for training 16,000 global employees equipping them with the skills and support they need to feel confident in their roles. Investing in employee growth boosts job satisfaction, strengthens retention, and reduces recruitment costs, making the right training programs essential for success.

After training, the team needs to measure the success of that training to ensure employees understand the material and how to apply it. Before implementing Alchemer, the L&D team relied on traditional survey methods to measure their training programs. This included paper-based evaluations that employees mailed in for review after completing training courses.
